Design or modify products using engineering judgment, company standards, and knowledge of applications. Assist with prototypes, lab and agency testing, and apply sound engineering practices to resolve technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers on technical matters and design reviews. Recommend design and process improvements to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing capabilities. Prepare and present test results, manage engineering changes, and provide ongoing support for existing products. ### Who You Are You take time to ask questions and define the problem and make learning a priority and a goal. You research initiatives and try new approaches. You identify your values and organizational priorities and learn to expand business knowledge. You prepare content for communication that is impactful. ### For This Role, You Will Need Pursuing a bachelor’s in engineering Zero (0) years of related experience Legal authorization to work in the United States Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Pursuing a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering GPA of 3.0 or above Prior internship or related work experience Basic understanding of simple mechanical systems Familiarity with use of basic hands and small power tools Our Culture & Commitment to You: At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
