Application Engineers and Emerson Impact Partners around the world use these applications to Size, Select, Quote, and Order Fisher and Regulator products. While this team still supports these critical applications, our focus has changed to creating next generation applications. By joining this team, you will be effectively contributing to the development of Presto (our Next Generation CPQ cloud tool) and Phoenix (our overall digital transformation program). As this implies, you will be a part of a highly visible, essential, and innovative team that will lead our business into the future. You will play a key role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), working with modern tools such as Microsoft Azure & DevOps. Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, will be a part of your daily work as you collaborate with teams around the world. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be to: Work with stakeholders to learn business requirements and turn business needs into clear functional and technical specifications Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment of requirements and deliverables. Create and track work items in DevOps board with appropriate Acceptance Criteria and Repro Steps Create and review test cases and test plans for the projects which are in development phase. - Maintain and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owner - Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) - Troubleshoot production issues reported by users and provide solutions - Perform regular product related data and code moves into the application without any issues. Educate world area users and provide technical support for queries on everything related to the application. ### Who You Are You promote high visibility of shared contributions towards the set goals. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain. ### Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart Degree in any of the STEM courses 2 to 5 years’ experience in any FCV team with working knowledge of FF2/PQT and ERP systems Sound knowledge of business concepts, practices, and procedures Strong time management and project management skills High learning agility, good interpersonal savvy, and collaboration skills are required for working across regions and functions in Fisher. Fluency in spoken and written English with good presentation skills Basic SQL Knowledge is preferred, but not required.
