Engage and collaborate with functional teams across Asia Pacific and Global on process mapping, opportunity identification and alignment of existing and future value streams of business processes. Develop, deploy, and supervise digital or automation projects to improve operations. Supervise solution and process performance and propose corrective actions of the digital tools as the need arises. Benchmark, explore within or outside Emerson and implement relevant technology (Machine Learning/AI) and best practices for Supply Chain - Apply change management processes to lead partners and users’ expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects ### Oracle Business System - Support for Supply Chain Team For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of significant experience in Supply Chain function Knowledgeable in Supply Chain - Processes and able to draw flow charts, identify gaps & opportunities for improvement. Proficiency in ERP system (Oracle), Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, experience of handling large data sets Strong analytical and Problem-Solving skills. Fast learner and able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related field Experience in Data Analytics, RPA, Project Management, SQL, Python, AI or Machine Leaning will be a plus Can work independently and with minimal mentorship.
