Test products using measuring tools, including calipers, and testing equipment for electronic components as required. Troubleshoot and rework products that do not meet testing standards through disassembly, reassembly, and additional testing. Accurately track the progress and completion of work orders, including associated scrap, within the ERP system. Use overhead assist/lift equipment to safely move larger parts and finished products to and from workstations. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment on pallets. Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment. Support additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. ### Who You Are You consistently follow through on commitments and take responsibility for delivering quality results. You carefully evaluate details, use available information to make sound decisions, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. ### For This Role, You Will Need High School Diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a high school level. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds. Ability to carry objects and perform physical activities including reaching, stretching, bending, and twisting throughout the workday. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards. Ability to perform other duties as assigned. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Associate degree in any field. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and work instructions. Experience using measuring instruments and testing equipment.
