[Apply on Emerson Electric’s careers site →](https://hdjq.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/26004413) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Emerson Electric](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/emerson-electric/) / Salesforce CRM Developer ## Job description In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Provide Salesforce CRM support (break/fix, configuration, enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) in line with agreed service levels Administer Salesforce environments including user management, security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access - Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and custom development where required - Build and maintain flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation to support business processes - Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (as required), and integrations Support CRM enhancements, releases, and deployments following change management and governance processes Proactively monitor system health, usage trends, and data quality to identify improvement opportunities - Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions - Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, digital platforms) ### Who You Are You show strong initiative and ownership in complex situations and are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement. You adapt your approach based on stakeholder needs, work effectively across global teams, and bring energy, focus, and follow‑through to everything you do. You balance technical depth with business understanding and are committed to delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused solutions. ### For This Role, You Will Need 3–6 years of hands ‑ on experience with Salesforce CRM administration and/or development - Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security model, and standard CRM objects Hands ‑ on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs Experience building Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), and validation rules Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Experience Cloud a plus) Understanding of Salesforce release management, environments, and deployment tools Experience working with integrations, data migration, and data quality best practices - Solid understanding of CRM best practices, scalable design principles, and governance. ### Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart Capability Progression by Role Level Category CRM Admin / Dev – Mid Experience Level 3–6 years Salesforce experience Salesforce Certifications (Recommended) Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder CRM Administration Skills Complex security model, role hierarchies, data management Automation & Configuration Advanced Flows, record‑triggered automation, approval processes Development Skills Apex classes & triggers, reusable LWCs, APIs Tools & Platforms VS Code, Salesforce DX, Git basics Integrations & Data REST/SOAP APIs, middleware exposure Business Partnership Translates business needs into solutions Our Culture & Commitment to You At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
