In this role, you will support functions covering inquiry handling, proposals, order management, and post-order activities across the Automation Solutions business groups. You will work collaboratively across the organization to ensure business process outcomes align with strategic goals while providing day-to-day support and process training that is aligned with the organization’s objectives. Implement new processes and change management. Lead innovation and process creation initiatives. Communicate policies, programs, and decisions that affect the team, as well as conduct internal training as needed by the organization. ### Who You Are You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in meeting tasks and deadlines. You are interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level. ### For This Role, You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course. 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement and people management. Knowledge of project and change management, learning and development strategy creation and delivery, curriculum development, and training delivery and execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio. Advanced knowledge of Oracle, CRM, and other business tools.
