Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across China and Hong Kong by implementing customer-centric service models and strengthening customer relationships. Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing service organization, including talent development, performance management, and team engagement. Optimize operational efficiency through process improvement, KPI management, digital tool adoption, and cross-functional collaboration. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging global collaboration and best practice sharing. Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, sustainability, and responsible business practices across service operations. Participate actively in global matrix leadership teams and contribute to regional and global business objectives. ### Who You Are A customer-focused leader who balances commercial growth with operational excellence. A communicator who can effectively engage customers, employees, and global stakeholders. ### For This Role, You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the marine, aftermarket, or service industry. Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability. Experience managing pricing strategies, service offerings, and business performance metrics. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to lead teams and drive results in a complex matrix organization. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience in the marine lifecycle service or maritime industry. Knowledge of AP aftermarket business models and competitive landscape. Experience leading multicultural teams and working across global organizations. Strong understanding of customer service excellence and operational performance management. Demonstrated success in implementing business transformation, process improvement, or innovation initiatives.
