In this position, you will be responsible for designing, building, and executing sophisticated marketing automation programs that support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. Working closely with marketing teams and stakeholders across the globe, you will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies to deliver personalized, scalable, and compliant campaigns that drive measurable results. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Design, build, and execute marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. - Create and optimize customer journeys, emails, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows. - Develop audience segmentation strategies and ensure accurate data management for targeted communications. - Collaborate with global marketing teams to translate business objectives into effective digital campaigns. - Conduct testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and deployment of marketing assets. - Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, email marketing best practices, and governance standards. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, automation capabilities, and the overall customer experience. ### Who You Are You are a proactive and detail-oriented marketing automation professional who combines technical expertise with strong collaboration skills. You enjoy solving complex challenges, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through automation and data-driven decision-making. ### For This Role, You Will Need - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation within a B2B or global environment. - Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. - Proven experience building and executing email marketing and nurture campaigns. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development and editing. - Experience with audience segmentation, data management, and permission-based marketing. - Ability to translate marketing requirements into scalable automation solutions. - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: - Experience working with Salesforce CRM or other integrated CRM platforms. - Knowledge of AMPscript and dynamic content personalization. - Understanding of email deliverability, database hygiene, and marketing compliance requirements. - Experience with campaign analytics, reporting, and performance optimization. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Email Specialist, Administrator, or Developer. ### Our Culture & Commitment to You At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
