Assign tasks to team members and adjust work distribution as needed. Support team members in following company policies, procedures, and safety expectations.\ Work with your team to maximize productivity and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy. Complete assigned responsibilities as directed by your supervisor. Communicate effectively with employees, peers, and leadership. Provide end‑of-shift recaps and participate in daily hand‑off meetings. Perform other duties as required to support operational success. ### Who You Are You identify and seize opportunities to make processes more efficient and help others succeed. You promote collaboration and encourage open communication to keep everyone aligned and engaged. You stay organized, follow through on commitments, and bring a positive, solutions focused approach to challenges. You remain calm under pressure, adapt to changes quickly, and work well both independently and as part of a team. ### For This Role, You Will Need Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and comfort with basic math. A self motivated approach and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision. Willingness to hold team members accountable in a fair and supportive way. Successful completion of Emerson’s training on all required equipment, which may include fork trucks, standing Crown pick trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Prior experience coordinating team workflow or leading small groups. Familiarity with distribution center processes, safety practices, or productivity tools.
