Translate complex technology changes into clear business impacts, actions, and decisions for stakeholders at all levels. Drive an automation-first approach by identifying opportunities to replace manual coordination, reporting, tracking, and communications with AI-enabled and self-service solutions. Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and project stakeholders to identify risks, manage dependencies, and accelerate decision-making. Coordinate deployment readiness, go-live activities, hypercare support, and major incident communications. Measure and improve adoption, user engagement, and business outcomes to ensure changes deliver intended value. Continuously improve change delivery practices through reusable workflows, templates, dashboards, prompts, and automation assets. ### Who You Are A practical change leader who focuses on outcomes rather than process for process's sake. A strong communicator who can simplify complexity and influence diverse audiences. A collaborative problem-solver who builds alignment across technical and business teams. A continuous improvement advocate who challenges inefficient ways of working. Curious about emerging technologies and motivated to leverage AI and automation to improve employee experiences and business results. ### For This Role, You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Change, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in change management, project management, business readiness, communications, business analysis, or related disciplines. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical, business, and executive audiences. Experience using collaboration, workflow, or project management tools in a fast-paced environment. A structured approach to problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and execution. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience supporting digital transformation, ERP, enterprise application, or technology modernization programs. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, ServiceNow, workflow automation, scripting, or similar technologies. Familiarity with change management frameworks and adoption measurement techniques. Experience building automated workflows, dashboards, self-service solutions, or AI-assisted processes.
