Define, monitor, and manage project milestones, technical requirements, and deliverables aligned with customer, engineering, quality, and regulatory standards. Facilitate regular project reviews, proactively identify risks, and partner with functional leaders to implement mitigation plans. Communicate project progress, performance, and key insights to plant and extended leadership teams. Analyze technical and operational challenges, develop data‑driven solutions, and document process or material changes. Ensure all project activities comply with quality management systems, environmental, health, and safety standards. ### Who You Are You actively engage others to generate ideas and solve problems, building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals. You analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and translate insights into clear and actionable plans. You take ownership for outcomes, balance multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. You look ahead to anticipate customer and business needs, applying new ideas and improvements that enhance quality, performance, and overall results. ### For This Role, You Will Need Demonstrated experience leading complex projects such as product launches, process transfers, or large operational initiatives. Ability to coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and non‑technical information in English. Analytical and problem‑solving skills to manage multiple priorities and make informed, data‑based decisions. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience using continuous improvement or structured problem‑solving methodologies. Exposure to manufacturing processes such as assembly, welding, heat treatment, or component fabrication. Familiarity with quality, safety, or operational standards within a regulated environment.
