Our expertise covers virtually all facets of electrical contracting for the upstream oil and gas industries, including specialty expertise in new well sites and production facility electrification. ### Job Summary Apprentice Linemen/Groundsman works with line crews in the power/utility industry supporting linemen who install and maintain electrical distribution and transmission lines. #native ### Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Set up job sites and safety zones Hand tools and materials to lineman Dig holes, set poles and anchor guy wires - Operate equipment augers, trenchers, bucket trucks Once trained direct traffic in work zones - Maintain and organize tools and trucks Qualifications Basic understanding of electricity and safety - Ability to follow strict safety protocols Team communication - working closely with a crew Class C or Class A Driver's License; CDL preferred #native Physical Demands Heavy lifting 50-100lbs Climbing Bending Working at heights Working outdoors in all weather (Texas heat included) Work Environment - Outdoor job sites such as utility right-of-way work, construction yards, or maintenance sites. - Variable conditions (traffic control zones, slopes, wet/ice surfaces, uneven ground). ### Benefits Health Dental Vision Basic Life & Supplemental Life 401(k) & Roth 401(k) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Teledoc Employee Assistance Program College Coaching HSA or FSA Dependent Care Equal Opportunity Employer As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
