We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services. ### Job Summary The Operator is responsible for proper care and operation of equipment. This is a CDL required position. Involves driving large manual air brake trucks. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities -- Services and performs general and preventative maintenance on equipment. Driving large manual trucks with air brakes. ### Qualifications CDL (Required) - 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment operating in an industrial setting is required Possession of a current valid driver’s license - Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements: Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds - Must possess enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above - Must be able to move in and around confided spaces and uneven areas - Must have full range of motion consistent with age - Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders - Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces Safety/Steel toe shoes are required #PPM Equal Opportunity Employer As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
