We offer a unique combination of government experience and facilities expertise that has helped us earn a position as one of the country’s leading integrated service providers. ### Job Summary EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Technical Drawing Administrator to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. This position is covered by the CBA for Industrial, Technical and Professional Employees Union, OPEIU Local 4873. This contract has a continuing requirement for comprehensive facilities operations, maintenance, and support services to sustain mission-critical research, laboratory, office, data center, and childcare facilities across the campus. The requirement encompasses 24/7 operations and maintenance of complex building systems; preventive and corrective maintenance; alterations and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems; facility help desk operations; environmental compliance; safety and security systems support; and on-demand construction and repair services necessary to ensure uninterrupted facility performance and regulatory compliance across a multi-building, high-security federal research environment. #EGS #LI-NS1 - This position is contingent upon contract award. ### Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Uses Autocad to initiate new drawings, update existing drawings and incorporate changes based on As -Builts Manages large library of CAD drawings, signing them out to engineers and contractors; and assuring they are returned and updated as required. ### Qualifications Shall have a minimum of five (5) years of AUTOCAD drawing experience, to include initiating new drawings, updating, and incorporating changes based on As-Builts.
