Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible. Properly control total cost so that the Division operates profitably. Maintain monthly planning calendar to provide a means of tracking projects. Other duties assigned. ### Qualifications 3+ years of sales and estimation capabilities, preferrably in the temperature controls, electrical systems, HVAC, or construction industry. Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales. Willing to travel on a regular basis Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills.
