## Job description

As a Contracts Specialist, you will play a vital role in our Customer Care department, responsible for managing and overseeing a range of contracts and agreements. Your expertise will ensure the efficient and effective administration of contracts, contributing to the overall success of our business operations. Review and analyze contracts, identifying key terms and potential risks. Negotiate and draft contract amendments, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts. Provide contract-related support to internal teams and clients. Monitor contract performance and ensure timely renewals or terminations. Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve contract-related issues. Conduct regular contract audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in contract law. Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation techniques.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using contract management software and MS Office suite. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
