In de salesfunctie 'Therapeutisch Adviseur Cardiometabolic Health' beheer en breid je ons klantenbestand in jouw regio (Utrecht, ’t Gooi, Almere, Lelystad) uit.

Belangrijke doelgroepen zijn internisten, diabetesverpleegkundigen, (ziekenhuis)apothekers, huisartsen en praktijkondersteuners. Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met deze zorgprofessionals rondom onze medicijnen, en werkt daarvoor nauw samen met je collega's in het rayon: Sales, Marketing, B2B, Medical Science Liaison en verpleegkundig consulent.

### Verantwoordelijkheden

Je bent dé diabetesspecialist in jouw regio, gericht op zowel de ziekenhuizen als de huisartsen Je bouwt en implementeert het rayonplan met een cross-functioneel team, en prioriteert op basis daarvan waar je tijd en budget inzet — en waar niet Je coördineert met meerdere collega's binnen het rayon (Sales, Marketing, B2B, MSL, verpleegkundig consulent); samenwerking en afstemming zijn bepalend voor je resultaat

Je bespreekt met accounts en HCP's welke patiënten het meest baat hebben bij onze geneesmiddelen, verstrekt de juiste wetenschappelijke informatie en werkt samen aan oplossingen die de patiëntenzorg ten goede komen Je organiseert regionale (wetenschappelijke) activiteiten, volgt ze op en houdt resultaten bij; nationale congressen bezoek je Je zet projecten van A tot Z op en beheert ze — zelfstandig, met HCP's en in cross-functionele teams

Je vindt werkende routes naar je klanten via een omnichannelaanpak (F2F, digitale oplossingen, wetenschappelijke artikelen) Je herkent behoeften en kansen in de markt en handelt daarop Je houdt je kennis van het therapeutisch gebied op peil Functie-eisen: Bachelor of master Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in de farmaceutische industrie — vereiste

Ervaring en netwerk binnen Cardiometabolic Health, zowel in de ziekenhuizen als in de eerste lijn — pré Woonachtig in Nederland, in de regio Midden-Nederland Nederlands en Engels vloeiend, in woord en geschrift Rijbewijs B Je vertaalt wetenschap naar een klinisch betekenisvolle setting voor je klanten Je bouwt sterke relaties met zorgprofessionals en houdt de patiënt als uitgangspunt

Je werkt zelfstandig, gedisciplineerd en georganiseerd: eigen agenda, budget en opvolging Je signaleert onvervulde marktbehoeften en brengt die intern in Je houdt je kennis van het therapeutisch gebied actief op peil Je werkt met integriteit, conform Lilly-procedures en Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving Avondmeetings horen bij deze rol Wat wij bieden: Marktconform salaris inclusief bonusregeling 13e maand

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is €48.750 - €93.500 Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a pension plan; vacation benefits; eligibility for healthcare benefits; flexible benefits (if applicable) life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
