This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support. The Facilities Associate I is responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs of facilities, as well as providing facility-related support. ### How You Will Make an Impact Assists with daily facility requests, conducts routine maintenance checks on equipment and machinery and maintains reports of completed work. Ensures facilities and grounds are in good condition and free of safety hazards. May coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment. May escort, assist or monitor contractors related to facilities. May provide other facilities related support such as custodial tasks, assembling or moving furniture, processing mail, maintaining supplies or other facility related tasks. ### Minimum Requirements Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 months of related work experience. Requires the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. May require a valid driver’s license. ### Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Facilities or machine repair experience strongly preferred.
