## Job description

Description & Requirements Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen. As part of the Global Partners team, you will drive merchandising strategy and lifecycle planning across EA’s global digital and first-party ecosystem (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Epic).

You will influence storefront, web, and social touchpoints to optimize player journeys, acquisition, engagement, and monetization across key EA franchises.

### Key Responsibilities

Build and proactively own comprehensive franchise merchandising plans across partner channels and commercial programs to maximize product reach, visibility, and relevance throughout the lifecycle (E.g., Announce, pre-order, launch, and live service). Work with internal partners globally, such as brand, production, commercial, operations, design, and analytics to align on planning requirements, ensure launch readiness, and scale execution.

Work with external partners to optimize franchise campaign amplification and discovery on their platform. Identify opportunities for experimentation, benchmarking, and data-driven testing along with new strategies that enhance the ecosystem player journey, drive value and engagement, and maximize revenue performance. Deliver weekly and monthly executive updates, forecast variance analyses, risk management assessments, campaign results, postmortem reviews, and upcoming activation plans to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Provide guidance to account managers, trade marketing and paid media teams on channel optimization. Govern partner merchandising asset strategies to ensure cross-platform consistency, brand integrity, and end-to-end ecosystem alignment across key commercial moments.

### Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising or marketing roles within the gaming and digital entertainment industry. Proven experience in designing, benchmarking, and optimizing end-to-end digital consumer journeys and ecosystem experiences. Strong narrative storytelling skills, with a proven ability to translate complex merchandising strategies, performance metrics, and insights for senior leadership.

Proactive ownership to multitask independently across multiple franchises with strong project management, risk management, and leadership skills. Deep knowledge of digital storefront operations and the global gaming landscape. Experience collaborating effectively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
