L’entreprise est fortement implantée en France à travers ses 9 directions régionales, ainsi qu’en Belgique, au Luxembourg, au Portugal, en Suisse et en Pologne. MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SERVICES WORKS DIRECTOR OR SERVICES WORKS MANAGER - Become familiar with, and analyze, the cases - Establish quotes in relation to the projects and/or analyze tender files - Ensure the building site’s preparation by integrating the company’s SQE and productivity procedures - Negotiate and launch supplier orders and sub-contractor contracts - Propose the execution budgets depending on the type of business project - Set up the resources needed to ensure in-house production - Organize, coordinate and control the sub-contracted works - Ensure compliance with the contractual clauses and manage the works schedule of the business projects - Establish invoices and pay requests and make sure they are paid - Ensure the delivery, including the resolution of deviations and the total completion liability guarantee - Guarantee client satisfaction and maintain commercial relations with recurrent clients - Provide training on work station safety for the personnel under your responsibility - Check that the necessary driving/operating authorizations are obtained. - Establish/update and implement the health and safety protection/prevention plan - Establish the DICT (declaration of the intention to begin work) - Ensure the implementation of the building site work and protective equipment, and check to make sure it is compliant ### JOB REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED LEVEL OF ### EDUCATION 2-5 years’ higher education FIELDS OF STUDY: Building - Civil engineering - Maintenance - Refurbishment or redevelopment ### REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Beginner or experience in works or services works JOB ENVIRONMENT INTERNAL Cost/Structures/Methods studies offices - Accounting - SQE - Logistics - HR - Customer service EXTERNAL: All those involved in the act of building and maintaining assets Votre profil: Idéalement issu-e d'une formation supérieure dans le domaine du BTP type Bac+2, vous disposez d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le domaine des travaux. Dynamique et autonome vous êtes reconnu-e pour votre rigueur, votre organisation et appréciez le travail en équipe.
