## Job description

### Job Overview

The Procurement Associate Manager works with internal stakeholders and suppliers and serves as a partner with their team and Procurement Manager to resolve issues. This position typically reports to a Procurement Manager. The strong performer can expect further career advancement with Ecolab and will have the opportunity to move into other procurement and supply chain leadership roles within the organization. ### Main Responsibilities
- Works with and supports Global stakeholders on req to PO creation for indirect purchases Obtains data from external and/or internal sources/analyzes data for completeness and accuracy
- Manages escalations for high priority purchased goods and services
- Take appropriate and timely action to correct and coach on errors and implement changes in processes to stop future issues from occurring Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay policies and procedures, including participation in compliance audits
- Supports a broad range of internal stakeholders across multiple divisions Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance or related field 3+ years’ experience in a management or team leadership role
- 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance, supply chain operations or related field.

### Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or Finance.

Or in process of completing an advanced degree
- Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills Systems aptitude, including, but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP) Experience in SAP, GEP or other
