## Job description

### Strategic Procurement Leadership
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for direct and indirect categories to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.

### Savings & Cash Optimization
- Drive cost savings initiatives, negotiate contracts, and implement cash extension strategies to improve working capital.

### Process Excellence & Digitalization
- Lead procurement process improvements, automation, and digitalization to enhance efficiency and compliance.

### Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Finance, to align procurement strategies with business needs.

### Supplier & Risk Management
- Develop strong supplier relationships, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity.

### Talent Development & Leadership
- Coach, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

### Change & Innovation
- Challenge the status quo, drive innovative sourcing solutions, and implement best practices to create long-term value.
- Maintain strict adherence to the Code of Conduct (COC) policy.
- Spend in Scope for direct portfolio (Chemicals, Packaging & Contract Manufacturing): >20m USD
- Spend in Scope for indirect portfolio (Business services, Capex, Equipment & Logistics): >20m USD

### Team management
- One person in direct portfolio reporting and One person dotted line in indirect portfolio

### JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree & experience in Chemical industry is a plus
- Minimum 6+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in people manager role
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English language skills both oral and written is a must.
