We are proud to be a Disability Friendly Workplace, ensuring an inclusive environment for all our employees. ### What you’ll do The primary function of this role is to provide commercial support for a portfolio of customers within project business. The role is responsible for interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders via email, phone, chat, and case management tools. ### Key Responsibilities - Handle customer and internal inquiries via phone, chat, and email. - Manage orders, including order entry, price verification, and order clearing in compliance with Eaton policies. - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. - Coordinate deliveries and billing activities across multiple product lines, ensuring proper sequencing of project orders to meet customer project requirements. - Perform a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. - Support sales teams across EMEA and external customers with: - Product and service order fulfillment - End-to-end order status management - Repair and calibration requests - Product changes and returns - Accounts receivable collections - Invoicing requirements - Contract administration and lease administration - Resolve customer and operational issues by applying established policies, procedures, and best practices. - Collaborate proactively across internal networks and multiple product lines to ensure customer satisfaction. - Foster an environment that promotes Eaton's goals and values, supports continuous improvement, and builds strong customer relationships. ### Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA). - 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support or a related field. - English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level. - French language proficiency at a minimum B1 level (mandatory). - Local/Native language capabilities according to the team's scope. ### Skills & Competencies - Basic MS Office knowledge. - SAP, Oracle, or any Case Management Tool knowledge is an advantage. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Customer service-oriented mindset. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent organizational skills and punctuality. - Problem-solving mindset. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. ### Wide Range of Employee Benefits -
