## Job description

Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to protecting the environment and improving the quality of life for people everywhere. We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.

### What you’ll do
- Handle the complete order-processing.
- Coordinate order pricing issue with customer& Finance team
- Coordinate with plant planner to ensure that the delivery date meets promise & request.
- Prepare DN(Delivery Notes) in system.
- Coordinate shipment with warehouse & Export department.
- Coordinate customer complaints with relevant departments.
- Quick response to oversea customers by email or phone call.
- Keep good relationship with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports (eg. turnover report, incoming order report, backlog order report.etc.)
- Other duties assigned as required

### Qualifications
- College or Bachelor degree
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Fluent Oral English to meeting with oversea customers;
- Be good at SAP, Excel,Outlook,Powerpoint.
- Good communication skills, team work
