## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 岗位职责
- 协助完成衍生产品的设计与定价，参与定价和避险模型的开发、维护和持续优化；
- 研究并动态跟踪衍生品（股指期货、股票期权、商品期货、商品期权）对冲交易策略，提供投资建议；
- 协助搜集整理衍生品相关理论及近期研究报告，并开展相应的研究工作；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、物理等相关专业优先；
- 具备两年及以上相关工作经验，熟练使用Python、MATLAB等科学计算语言；
- 具有扎实的数理基础、逻辑和量化分析能力；
- 具有良好的学习能力和抗压能力，正直诚信，积极主动，细致认真，善于团队合作。
