## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 岗位职责
- 负责投资业务开拓与执行，包括拟投资项目挖掘、分析和筛选、交易架构和投资方案设计；
- 对拟投资项目进行多方面尽职调查并出具项目简报、尽调报告、参与投资谈判及框架协议沟通等各类投资工作；
- 协助在行业内外进行长远的战略规划及投资布局，执行投资过程中的具体事务；
- 完成部门负责人交办的其他事项。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备证券、基金从业资格；
- 有（医疗、新材料、先进制造、航空航天）等行业投资经验，有退出项目优先；
- 有责任心、工作细致认真。
