## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责研究所证券研究报告的质量审核，并提供修改意见；
- 起草、修订相关质量控制制度，并开展研报撰写、质量控制的培训与宣导，提供研报撰写相关咨询事宜；
- 参与研究所合规质控检查，督促落实相关整改意见；
- 掌握证监会等管理部门对发布研报的质量要求，并具备自主学习更新的能力；
- 完成部门交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计等相关专业优先；
- 具备两年以上证券公司研究所质控相关工作经验，具有证券业投资咨询资格；
- 熟悉发布证券研究报告业务相关的法律法规、监管要求、自律规范；
- 文字功底扎实，逻辑分析能力强，具备良好的财务背景知识；
- 工作严谨细致，原则性强，善于沟通协调。
