## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责投诉电话的接入与处理，记录需求并协同相关部门跟进处理，及时响应闭环；
- 负责线上投诉平台内容的接收与审核，及时反馈处理；
- 参与投诉处理流程的设计与优化，提出合理化建议，优化现有流程；
- 完成公司交办的其他相关事项。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，财经相关专业或具有证券、基金等金融类从业资格者优先；
- 具有电话客服或投诉受理经验者优先，能够及时听取并处理各方诉求；
- 具有出色的沟通能力和应变能力，能够承受较大的工作压力；
- 熟悉金融产品知识以及金融监管政策法规，关心国内国际大事与财经热点。
