## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责与各业务部门协调，满足其对研究业务的协同需求，制定工作流程、业务政策，并协助研究人员提供必要的协同支持；
- 负责各类业务（包括收入和费用）相关数据进行汇总、统计与分析，定期进行市场跟踪与对比分析；
- 负责分析师、销售人员绩效产出跟踪分析；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 能力要求

1、 本科以上学历，金融、财务管理等专业优先，具备CPA、CFA、ACCA者优先； 2、 1年以上运营、数据分析相关工作经验者优先； 抗压能力强，有耐心，沟通协调能力强，熟悉券商研究业务优先。
