## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责实时追踪宏观经济情况并研判大类资产市场表现，建立大类资产研究框架并输出报告；
- 负责制定适用于证券投资客户的资产配置方案和投资策略研究，形成策略建议；
- 参与制定账户战略配置方案，发掘投资机会、跟踪策略表现，定期进行配置策略的回顾和评估；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融及相关专业优先；
- 具备3年以上证券从业经验，具备宏观/权益/固收/量化/cta/雪球/中性/FOF等的多策略资产配置能力；
- 具备较强的沟通表达能力、抗压能力及团队协作能力。
