## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责经营、维护、管理存量高端个人客户，通过线上及线下方式为客户提供市场分析、产品解读等专业指导及服务；
- 挖掘并分析高端客户的理财需求，进行客户投资陪伴，制订客户服务方案；
- 熟悉公司产品业务及流程，帮助客户解决产品使用过程中的各类问题；
- 深化客户关系管理，通过持续的价值跟进与卓越服务，构建长期稳固的合作伙伴关系。
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先，取得基金或证券相关从业资质；
- 具备1年以上证券或理财顾问等相关工作经验，有为高端客户提供资产配置服务经验者优先；
- 诚实守信，具备良好的沟通互动能力、敏锐的市场反应力及风险意识，具备良好的客户服务意识。
