## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 岗位职责
- 协助各类行政服务的有效落地，办公职场设施设备的日常维护，完成上级交办的其他综合支持与专项工作；
- 独立完成各类行政后勤项目的采购工作，协助公司跨部门采购项目的开展，梳理采购项目并做好供应商管理；
- 租赁与空间管理，协助进行办公场地的选址、租赁谈判、装修等事项；
- 统筹落实年度固定资产盘点及处置工作，优化资产管理流程，闲置资产优化使用；
- 做好公司层级会议的会务工作及活动现场支持，协调会议室资源并做好会务管理，优化会务工作接待流程。

### 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，行政管理、工商管理、采购等相关专业优先； 2、1–3年以上行政采购相关工作经验，有集中采购工作经验者优先； 3、具备较好的成本控制意识，具备较强的执行力，能独立开展谈判且具备同时处理多线程任务，抗压能力强； 4、细心负责，服务意识强，具备良好的沟通协调能力和突发事件处理能力。
