## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责AI数据的清洗、标注、筛选等工作；
- 负责按照标注要求，对已采集好的文本进行标注，包括但不限于情感分析、摘要提取、文本分类、对齐标注等；
- 负责定期复盘标注数据，提出改进建议，优化模型训练效果；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融学、经济学相关专业毕业优先；
- 具有数据标注相关经验，金融行业从业者优先，有个人投资实盘经验者优先；
- 具备较强的文字敏感度、逻辑分析能力及风险意识；
- 具有较强的学习、沟通能力，工作认真负责，细致有耐心，勤奋踏实。
