## Job description

岗位职责
- 持续关注公募基金相关的法律法规、监管政策的变化，及时进行解读和分析；
- 对公司的各类合同、协议、营销宣传材料等进行法律合规审查，为业务部门提供法律合规咨询；
- 根据年度信息披露计划，撰写和审核需要披露的公告；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。 职位要求
- 法律、金融、经济等专业，本科及以上学历；
- 具有3年以上基金、证券等资管行业法律合规审核经验；
- 工作细致认真踏实，具备较强的责任心，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
- 具备基金从业或证券从业资格，通过法律职业资格考试者优先。
