## Job description

### 工作职责
- 熟悉股票市场（A股、港股为主）和股票基金业务，负责分析股票市场数据，建立股票基金投资分析框架及模型；
- 负责搭建公募基金产品的研究分析、跟踪评价体系并定期跟踪股票基金的投资组合表现、风险指标及市场动态，撰写相关分析报告；
- 根据业务需求，进行股票基金的优选、筛选工作，维护基金筛选池；
- 搜集宏观经济动态，并研究其对于股票市场的影响；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、统计等相关专业优先；
- 熟悉股票市场及权益产品，有5年以上金融工作背景，其中3年及以上基金研究工作经验；
- 对市场敏感，能独立完成基础研究分析，具备良好报告撰写能力；
- 具备较强的数据处理及分析能力，熟练使用Excel，掌握SQL/Python/R/SAS等工具者优先；
- 学习能力强，有较强的逻辑思维及沟通协作能力；
- 具备扎实的金融知识基础，通过基金/证券从业资格考试者优先。
