## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 为上市公司的证券事务、公司治理、内部控制等业务提供咨询支持；
- 为上市公司的资本市场运作提供策略建议及方案；
- 收集、整理、分析、解读资本市场重要法规政策；
- 协同上市公司投资者关系管理、股权激励等事项，提供资本市场相关咨询服务；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，会计/金融/法律等相关专业优先；
- 具备扎实的专业知识，通过CPA、ACCA、CFA、司法考试者优先；
- 具有良好的职业素养，优秀的综合分析能力、逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力和持续学习能力；
- 认真细致、有责任心、高效的执行力，能够承受较强的工作压力。
