## Job description

### 工作职责
- 根据整体经营目标，拆解并跟进目标完成情况，及时发现潜在问题并预警以赋能前台业务；
- 负责内部CRM系统管理及优化，包括需求规划及其他系统化建议；
- 负责客户运营体系完善，包括实时维护及更新客户信息数据库，搭建生命周期评价模型、客户合作健康度评价体系，定期输出客群分析报告；
- 统筹资源协调与分配，优化内部流程，提高上下游协同效率及客户满意度，保障项目按时交付；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有5年及以上业务运营相关经验；
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力，具备团队合作意识；
- 认真负责，能够敏锐地发现业务问题并提出解决方案；
- 具有较好的金融知识基础，具备证券、基金投资经验者优先，通过基金从业资格者优先。
