## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 岗位职责
- 负责固定收益类产品的连续双边报价，并在银行间市场及交易所市场积极、高效地执行做市交易；
- 密切监控市场流动性状况，动态管理持仓头寸和风险敞口，确保在各类市场环境下有效履行做市义务，控制做市风险；
- 积极开发并维护与各类市场机构的交易对手关系，拓展做市业务的覆盖广度和深度；
- 深度跟踪、分析债券市场动态、资金面及政策变化，研究市场运行规律和微观结构，为优化做市报价策略、风险管理模型及系统功能提供数据支持和分析建议；
- 参与做市相关交易系统、风险管理工具及报价算法的需求提出、功能测试与优化工作；
- 完成公司交办的其它相关工作事宜。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历， 数学、统计等相关复合背景优先；
- 具有一到两年银行、基金、券商、保险等机构固定收益市场交易相关经验，熟悉银行间/交易所债券市场交易规则和流程，有实际做市交易经验者优先；
- 具有银行间市场本币交易员资格。
