## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责审核展业相关内容与话术，做好全流程风险监控；
- 负责审核投顾内容、服务话术与签约流程，确保合规；
- 负责建立“三审三查”机制，抽查客户沟通记录；
- 负责组织全员合规培训，对接监管部门与券商合规部；
- 负责处理合规风险事件，制定整改方案；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，法律及金融相关专业，具有2年券商或咨询公司合规岗位经验者优先；
- 熟悉《证券法》、《证券投资顾问业务暂行规定》等法律法规，熟悉《广告法》及证券投资咨询业务的监管要求；
- 能够独立完成内容审核、风险排查和合规报告撰写；
- 具备极强的责任心和突出的原则性，注重细节。
