## Job description

工作职责
- 负责评估服务经理的全流程服务质量、客户满意度、合规规范性等，并根据合规要求和质检问题，制定质量改善方案，优化质检标准、质检流程和执行方案；
- 负责项目流程的监控与管理，质检报告的准备、制作与相应分析；
- 负责员工服务质量问题跟进和员工培训指导；
- 完成公司安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备证券从业资格，如有基金从业资格者优先；
- 具有金融产品服务或金融合规质检相关工作经验者优先；
- 工作认真负责，注重细节，善于发现及总结问题；
- 具有较好的抗压能力、团队合作精神和团队责任感。
