## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 岗位职责
- 负责量化投资策略的设计、开发和实施；
- 进行金融市场数据分析与建模工作；
- 对投资领域前沿思想、理论研究成果进行跟踪和引入；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，有优秀的策略研究能力或学术研究背景；
- 熟悉Python、Matlab或C++等编程语言，熟悉各类常用数据库的使用；
- 具备3年以上量化交易和投研经验，具有公开量化产品历史业绩者优先；
- 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
