## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 岗位职责
- 根据客户需求定制股份管理服务方案，包括但不限于基础开户、综合交易、增减持、融资融券等业务；
- 负责建立适配公司的股份管理业务模式、流程与机制，调研同业股份管理业务，结合公司优势资源推动创新；
- 研究大宗交易、询价转让、协议转让等业务，推动相关业务落地；
- 积极响应股份管理业务相关咨询需求并提出建议；
- 完成公司安排的其他事项。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备证券从业资格；
- 熟悉股份管理业务，具有券商、公募、私募相关工作经验优先；
- 具有良好的业务研究与方案设计能力、沟通协调能力。
