## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 工作职责
- 负责业务系统的运维、权限管理等设计及管理工作；
- 牵头研究所CRM系统建设、业务微信小程序的研发与建设；
- 其他系统需求的整合对接、项目进度的监控与跟进等；
- 定期对系统进行性能评估和优化，提升系统的运行效率；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 能力要求
- 本科以上学历，计算机、金融专业优先考虑；
- 具有1-3年金融科技、业务部门产品经理等相关工作经验；
- 抗压能力强，逻辑清晰，沟通表达能力好，能做好业务端与技术端的桥梁。
