## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 岗位职责
- 密切关注宏观经济、金融市场和行业趋势，制定投资策略，独立优化各类资产投资；
- 监督证券交易执行，确保交易的时效性、准确性和成本效益；
- 实时监控投资组合风险，严格遵循风控合规制度和证券行业法规要求；
- 定期评估分析投资组合业绩，撰写投资分析报告；
- 完成公司交办的其它工作事项。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融等相关专业优先；
- 具备三年及以上投资经验，熟悉投资工具和交易策略；
- 精通金融市场分析与投资策略，熟练使用资产定价、风险评估模型；
- 具有较好的财务分析能力、沟通协调能力和敏锐市场洞察力；
- 具有强大的抗压和风险承受能力，能应对高强度工作环境和市场波动。
