## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责合同、函件及宣推材料的审核及修订，同时优化协议模板及审核规范；
- 完成监管数据报送，保障数据的及时性及准确性；
- 执行反洗钱工作，落实客户身份识别与可疑交易监测；
- 参与合规检查并拟定各类报告，同时提出改进建议；
- 关注法规动态，为公司业务提供法律意见；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，法学专业，通过国家司法考试者优先；
- 具备较强的法律思维和文字能力，具有法务、律所非诉相关实习经验者优先；
- 熟悉基金证券行业相关法律法规，具备扎实的民商法理论基础；
- 具有较强的责任心及工作意愿，性格稳重、耐心、细致；
- 具有良好的学习能力，沟通能力与团队合作精神。
