## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责对天天基金现有客户进行维护与服务，解决客户在基金交易过程中遇到的问题，以提高客户满意度；
- 深入挖掘现有用户的潜在价值，并针对用户需求提供相应服务；
- 记录客户的需求和意见，做好回访工作；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历；有金融相关从业经验或具备基金从业资格者优先 ；
- 具有较强的学习能力，对工作热情，能承受一定压力；
- 具备优秀的沟通技巧和表达技巧，普通话标准流利，有亲和力；
- 熟悉电脑操作，office办公软件使用熟练。
