## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 根据公司业务规划，开展金融机构客户的开拓及日常关系维护；
- 积极跟进并准确识别客户需求，为客户提供综合的产品服务方案，不断提高客户满意度；
- 洞察客户生命周期，不断推进潜在合作机会；
- 完善立体化的客户服务体验，与客户保持长期、稳定、深入的合作关系；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销相关专业优先； 2、8年及以上机构业务岗位工作经验，有团队管理经验优先； 3、性格大方开朗、亲和力强，具备良好的沟通谈判能力； 4、具有较强的抗压能力、积极进取、责任心强； 5、具有较强的内部协同、组织管理和推动能力。
