## Job description

### 工作职责
- 制定并执行公司年度渠道销售战略与业务计划，对销售目标及市场占有率负责；
- 主导对银行、券商等渠道的深度调研与评估体系，分析渠道潜力、竞争格局与业务机会；
- 负责渠道销售任务的分解、落实与达成，监控销售过程；
- 负责渠道销售团队的组建、培训、激励与日常管理；
- 确保所有渠道销售活动严格遵守相关法律法规、监管要求及公司内部合规制度，防范业务风险；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销等相关专业； 2、5年及以上金融行业（基金、证券、银行、信托等）销售经验； 3、拥有团队管理经验，具备优秀的沟通能力、跨部门协调能力、抗压能力； 4、拥有一定的银行、券商等核心金融渠道资源及人脉网络； 5、对公募基金产品及金融市场有深刻理解，具备基金从业资格。
