## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责公司企业微信账号矩阵的注册、认证、申诉、权限配置及日常维护，确保合规使用；
- 负责对接抖音、视频号等公域推广渠道，动态分配流量资源，优化转化效率；
- 负责审核素材、建立客户标签体系，监控账号情况，处理异常问题；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、信息技术及相关专业优先；
- 具有证券或金融行业运营经验，熟悉证券行业CRM系统及客户运营SOP，具备2年以上企业微信管理经验者优先；
- 熟悉企业微信管理员后台配置与操作，了解企业微信API对接逻辑者优先；
- 具备较强的分析能力，能使用Excel/Python进行基础数据分析，监控关键指标达成情况。
