## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 服务高净值客户，为客户提供各类财富管理服务，完成个人工作目标；
- 培训、指导、监督团队成员开展业务，确保团队所有员工明确工作进度及个人工作目标；
- 带领团队成员完成团队工作目标；
- 完善团队工作流程，对团队成员进行考核评估；
- 服从部门的日常管理工作安排，遵守公司的合规手册，完成部门下达的绩效任务；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有1年以上团队管理经验，取得证券从业、基金从业资格者优先；
- 具有一定金融知识储备，了解证券市场，证券客户服务或投顾经验者优先；
- 具有较强的沟通能力、抗压能力、服务意识和团队协作意识；
- 勤奋踏实，有良好的敬业精神、职业道德和个人信誉。
